[Moon] ARRL Contest Rules Question

Hello All,

Is it true that for ARRL 2007 International EME competition:
A.    Single band analog mode entries
and/or
B.    Single band digital mode entries
and
C.    All Multiband entries analog, digital, mixed
(Excluding 50, 222, 902Mhz)

Are NOT allowed to submit logs for scoring purposes, if they have worked ASSISTED (active or passive use)??
