[Moon] Circulator TBC 28-1

Thanks to two nice gentlemen in France, Dom F6DRO and Olivier F6HGQ I am
now in possesion of a PDF file that has all the info on these circulators.

Dom even provided a link to the file in case more people are interested:

And the circulators TBC 28-1 are indeed 4 GHz circulators.
