[Moon] PJ4 by PE1L

Hello EME Friends,

I just received an email from Rene PE1L and told about his 
DX pedition to PJ4 two weeks in June, that He will be qrv in 
the Dubus event. 
Rene will use 4 x 9 ele and 1kW  mgf 1302
So the CW lovers have a change to get a beauty 'on the log'
