[Moon] Dubus Contest Results 2007

Hello EME Friends,

Yesterday in the second pass Murphy took his change and 
my computer gave up. There was some smoke and I had to
setup a very old computer with win98 for tracking the moon
and using Spectran. But I could only set it to 16 colors, so my
display of Spectran was miserable and besides that, this old
computer generated a lot of birdies.
Anyway I could add another two making a total of 5 qsoos
and I have never had such a bad contest before, especially
with the worse condx.
I am on one hand glad that most of you experienced that and
as Doru already stated: sigs were mostly vertical.
I worked SV1BTR, IK3MAC (with my old ft107 and abt 150W),
RU1AA, F3VS, RN6BN.
Especially the reports I got from Claude and Sam made me glad
that when condx were ok my sigs were heard rather well. So the
700W is really helping :-))
I heard SP7DCS, F1FLA, OK1MS, LZ2US lots of qrz, RN6MT qrz,
DK3BU, and was calling CQ and heard RA1AW ?? which later 
seemed was Alex RW1AW, who was probably himself already on
the same qrg. Also heard G3ZIG, but it was tropo with a very faint
eme trace. 
Later I called again cq and had a response, but it could also have
been a station already cq ing on qrg. Wonder whohave heard my sigs.

Still my conclusion is that an array of 4x9 is very limited in the long run
but hope to do some maintenance. I usually stay with the big guns and
hope next time sigs are more H pol !!!
