[Moon] KH7X is operational

Hello to all

KH7X is operational as of about 0030Z. He appears to be a little below
.020 after doppler. He was 559 on my 5 meter dish. Good luck to all. At
this point, we must assume that he will keep remaining schedules. I will
update as I get additional information.
