[Moon] The First 1296 MHz EME QSO from KH6

Correction...The first 1296 MHz EME contact from KH6 was when KH6UK
operated by W2UK worked W1BU which happened shortly after W1BU and W6HB
made the first 1296 MHz EME QSO in 1960. And shortly after other
notables made 1296 MHz EME QSOs including G3LTF who by the way is still
on 1296 MHz EME! That's a lot of years Peter! Congrats!
