Hello Rainer  - i searched my HP and Avantek catalogs without much  success.  
the AWP-64105 is listed in a 1988 Avantek catalog as a TWT  replacement kit  
for the MDR6, what ever that is.
 
The AWP-64100 is a 5.9-6.4 10 watt amp.  power was -24 or -48  dc.  there is 
lmore info on that one but not on the -105.
 
The Imfet no. is a very strange one, most were like IM-5964-3, giving freq  
and power.
 
I have one of the English tubes also, but no data.
