[Moon] AP1RIL worked on 1296MHz ( 23cm for you guys in Euro land)

AP1RIL was worked by K1RQG at 0008Z and W$SC 0013Z.  Signals were decoded at -64 and -73 repectively by the deepest sea decoder, despite the  dish position at each station being unknown.  K1RQG tried the SSB mode, but the only decode the lateral decode algorythm could acquire were the words "can you hear me now?" , and only after the wick was turned up to obtain more goooo at the feedless point.  Looking forward to the next DXepidition from the next rare and unknown QTH. (Maybe Maine).
