I sent  CW EME sked proposal to  LY2BAW. He sent me addres  to communicate:

I had no imagination what is this. After I came there  I saw  "Warning" :

Any non-EME JT65 use is strictly prohibited. 

BIG surprise!    How I must understand that?  Is that another world?!

WHAT I MUST THINK ABOUT ???
