[Moon] SV1BTR report DUBUS 2m cw activity event-December

Hello All

first of all I would like to thank ALL the fine stations and operators who were qrv for Dubus 2m cw eme activity event of December! I had a terrific time, activity was excellent (except last 1.5 hr of the 2nd pass), with big presence from Europe and good activity from US. No stations from JA/VK/AF/SA. Where are you boys?
QSO rate was 6-7 QSOs/hour, almost like in contest time!

SV1BTR was qrv on 2m only (Saturday) as i took my preamp box down for 70cm, to work on it in the future. Was on for a total of 5.5 hours out of 6hrs+45 minutes, the event lasted. In 1st pass conditions were moderate, i also lately have 5db more noise moonrise to south, in 2nd pass conditions were very good indeed. 80% of all stations were coming in 45 degrees.

Worked 33 stations in cw random, unassisted of course. Including single yagi and qrp stations, as well as new initials again. 
My 2m antenna is 16*6el. xpol and has 21.5dbd gain, equalivalent to a typical 4*5.5wl optimized array.However, i have 5 dividers in each polarity, and endless connectors etc. My preamp still is in the shack as my eme qth is 2 hrs drive from home and for theft reasons i have to keep it in the shack. I lose 1db of sun noise because of 2m preamp alone is not mast mounted!
